Services Offered and Pricing:

Specialties in psychotherapy: 1) Women dealing with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, self-worth, trauma, anxiety, stress and overwhelm, life purpose, Christian faith-based spiritual direction; 2) Adolescents 15 years and older dealing with the same as listed above; and 3) marital couples' therapy. I can only provide psychotherapy in person or via telehealth in the state of CO. 

Individual Psychotherapy: $125/session (Sessions are 1 hour)
Couples Psychotherapy: $140/session
Family Psychotherapy: $150/session
For every half hour over the session hour requested, an additional charge of $50 will be added to the session fee.
Credit/debit cards, cash, check, venmo, El Paso County Victim's Compensation all accepted.
Insurances Accepted through my contract with Sondermind: Aetna, Anthem BCBS (HMO, PPO, Pathway), Bright, Centivo, Cigna, Cigna EAP, Foster Source, Friday Health Plans, Justice Reskill Benefit Network, Lucent Health, Optum, Optum/United-EAP, Oscar Health Plan, Triwest VA, United Health Savers, United GEHA, United HealthScope, United Healthcare (CO), United UMR.

Life and Health Coaching: 1) 90-day transformational package (12 sessions): $1,200 one time payment and valued at $1,500; 2) 60-day transformational package (8 sessions): $800 one time payment valued at $1,000; 3) 30-day transformational package (4 sessions): $400 one time payment valued at $500; 4) Individual coaching sessions $125 each paid at time of session. Payment options are available, see me for questions. Sessions are 45-50 minutes long and once per week with emailing in between as needed. The transformational packages are set up to build upon each session as a program. 

Specialties in Coaching: Working with women in overall health and wellness, life purpose and direction, career, relationships, stress management, and holistic self-care. I am able to provide coaching in person, online, and with no regulations to location.

Rate: $250/hour which includes my prep time. If not local to Colorado Springs, then I would ask for travel expenses to be covered.
